Iraqi Airways
Since 2014, thegteam, in partnership with GFTC, has been providing travel completion services for passengers at Baghdad International Airport (BGW).
Services include:
- Baggage drop-off
- Boarding pass issuance up to 24 hours before departure
As the national carrier, Iraqi Airways has exclusive rights to perform these services at Iraqi airports. thegteam trained its staff through relevant authorities like G4S, Iraqi Customs, and the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA).
Our stations are equipped with:
- X-ray screening devices
- SITA/Amadeus system integration for smooth processing
Currently, passengers in Baghdad can drop off luggage at designated city terminals and receive boarding passes up to 24 hours before departure. This service is available for Iraqi Airways and Turkish Airlines.
NATIONAL AVIATION SERVICE OF KUWAIT
NAS
In 2024, thegteam partnered with National Aviation Services (NAS) to provide travel completion services for Turkish Airlines.
Services offered:
- Baggage drop-off
- Boarding pass issuance up to 24 hours before departure
NAS is the exclusive provider for travel completion services at Baghdad International Airport, except for Iraqi Airways, which holds exclusive rights as the national carrier.
NAS Baggage Drop-off Station:
- Located in the city
- Fully managed by NAS staff
- Ensures a smooth and efficient experience for passengers
